Job Summary:
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Irvine, seeking a Data Analyst with AI experience to join their collaborative team. The role focuses on analyzing extensive datasets and contributing to AI initiatives to support innovative product development and solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing, auditing, and maintaining extensive datasets
• Contributing to AI initiatives such as building agents
• Working with transformer models to support innovative product development and market-driven solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or software development
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required
• Skilled in Python programming or alternatively experienced in another language such as C#
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and familiarity with transformer-based models
• Effective in summarizing and communicating analytical insights to both technical and non-technical teams
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Proactive in investigating data issues and improving collection methods
• Personal home lab or self-directed technical projects are a plus
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
