General Description of Duties: The Office Assistant Manager will be essential in ensuring the smooth operations of the office of the organic feed mill. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, managing orders, and receiving phone calls.
Skills Required: Efficient face to face and phone communication, along with clerical task completion, and organizational abilities are necessary to enhance office efficiency. Additionally, basic level computer literacy skills, utilizing spreadsheets, and attention to detail are required. Basic people skills and willingness to learn are crucial to being successful in this position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls and greet customers
-Address customer questions about products
-Take detailed orders and utilize cash register and payment methods
-Utilize spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and other necessary computer programs
-Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office and store spaces
