What We're Looking For:

Active NMLS License
2+ years of mortgage lending experience
Familiarity with government and agency loans
Ability to follow loan protocols and procedures efficiently
Strong proficiency with computer systems and loan operating software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A client-first mindset, always ensuring quality customer service and clear follow-up
Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and actively seek out client opportunities
Qualify customers for the best mortgage options based on their needs
Provide expert guidance throughout the loan process, from start to finish
Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and engaged
