Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in navigating hard-money loan processes and transitioning to conventional refinancing options.
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and expert guidance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

What We're Looking For:

Active NMLS License (required).
Proven experience in hard-money lending and/or refinancing.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
A self-starter who thrives in a remote, flexible work environment.
