What You'll Be Doing:

Generate New Business: Develop and maintain relationships to build your client base.
Qualify Customers: Guide clients through the loan application process and determine their eligibility.
Close Loans: Manage the loan process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and support staff, ensuring their needs are met.
Stay Compliant: Ensure all loan protocols and regulations are followed.
What We're Looking For:

NMLS License (required).
2+ years of mortgage lending experience.
Knowledge of government and agency loans.
Proficiency with computers and loan operating systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
A passion for delivering quality customer service.
