Summary: Loss Draft Mailing Associate is responsible for duties for the Loss Draft Department including data entry, client e-mail and voicemail inbox maintenance. Mailing out checks daily for UPS/Priority. This position is only at the Troy location in the office. Essential Duties and Functions:
- Mail checks by UPS/Priority daily
- Create and pull UPS labels for mailing
- Update Module
- Daily reporting - Check Mailing Log
- Perform other clerical duties when supervisor requests

- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
- Minimum education required - high school diploma/GED
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis: Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day. Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
