**Adecco has an opening for a Warehouse Pharmacy Clerk in the Central Fill Pharmacy of a major pharmaceutical company at their West Sacramento, CA location. This role involves picking/packaging prescriptions and preparing items for shipping. Apply today with a current resume!** **Location:** Onsite: Riverside Pkwy, West Sacramento, CA 95605 **Pay Rate:** The anticipated wage for this position is between $20.75 and $22.00 per hour. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **Schedule:** Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM **Job Duties / Requirements:** 1. **Performs prescription packaging** : Handling HIPAA-sensitive information and medication information. 2. **Performs prescription sortation** : Utilizing handheld scanners, scanning the prescription shipping label barcode, and confirming the accurate location by scanning the location bin barcode. After confirmation, the prescription is placed in the accurate bin. 3. **Performs audits for closed bins** : Performing a physical count of the closed tote and comparing the physical count to the tote manifest systematic count. If the count does not match, communication to management is required to rectify the discrepancy. 4. **Reading and analyzing application screens** : Ensuring that all HIPAA-sensitive information is being followed by standard operating procedures. 5. **Performs chain of custody audit (COC)** : Recording total bins created in the system, by location, for a production day. Ensuring that the total tote system count equals the physical count. Responsible for having the pickup driver sign for the correct tote count. 6. **Restocks work stations** : Daily supply needs and basic cleaning responsibilities, such as taking out trash, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, etc. 7. **Performing proof of delivery (POD)** : Duplicating and recording a series of numbers on shipping labels to a physical receipt. Completing proof of delivery by verifying and signing off on POD to ensure recordings are accurate. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line. Able to consistently carry 20-30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor. + Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift. + Basic math, reading, and writing skills required. **What do we need from you?** + High School Degree or GED + One year warehouse or fulfillment center experience + Pharmacy experience is a big plus! + Basic computer skills + Knowledge of federal and state HIPAA laws + Basic mathematic skills + Operate a hand truck/dolly + Operate scanning units Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
