**Lead Mobile Native App Developer - iOS (Onsite)** **The Role:** Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is looking for a Lead Mobile Native App Developer - iOS. We offer the most comprehensive digital engineering expertise and client-centric methodology for balanced innovation. **Work Authorization** Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) **Work Location: San Leandro, CA.** **Responsibilities:** + Lead and mentor a team of software engineers. + Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. + Ensure 100% code coverage for line and branch using test automations. + Implement automation testing using BDD frameworks. + Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop scalable design solutions. + Implement resilient and secure code solutions to enhance customer journey experiences and digital capabilities to automate. + Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. + Leverage advanced solving skills to efficiently identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. + Help maintain code quality without sonar issues / vulnerabilities + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. **Required Qualifications:** + 10+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS mobile applications + 8+ years of iOS (SwiftUI and Combine) development experience + 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience. + 5+ years experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both + Strong experience in design, code, test, debug, and document for projects implementations + Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas + Knowledge and understanding of application and web security + Knowledge and understanding of technology performance: analysis and tuning for applications. Applications will be accepted until 04/20/2025 **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
