Shift Options:

• Day Shift

  All shifts include rotating weekends

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00/hr (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus:

  • $10,000 for Day Shift

  • $20,000 for Night Shift

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr

• Relocation Assistance: Offered (case-by-case)

Position Summary:

Join a high-acuity emergency department where quick thinking and clinical expertise save lives. As an ER Registered Nurse , you’ll provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with diverse and urgent medical conditions in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Job Description

• Triage and assess patients presenting with urgent/emergent medical needs

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and evaluate patient response

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)

• Licensure:

  • Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN (FL license required within 60 days)

• Education:

  • Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)

• Certifications:

  • BLS (within 30 days)

  • ACLS (within 90 days)

  • PALS (within 90 days)

  • ENPC, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months of start)
