Job Description We are seeking a Creative Producer to join a social content team focused on producing original content for creator-focused social media channels. This role will lead creative production efforts from concept through execution and post-launch evaluation. The ideal candidate is a highly creative storyteller and experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong background in producing editorial content across platforms for a global audience. Experience in field content capture, video editing, and cross-functional communication is essential. Responsibilities + Lead the creative production process for creator-focused social channels, including ideation, talent casting, visual asset creation, and managing timelines and budgets. + Oversee daily operations of a TikTok account dedicated to creators. + Develop engaging content that highlights how creators can grow their brand and business on social platforms. + Capture, edit, and produce video content for social media. + Manage production schedules, including development, pre-production, and post-production phases. + Collaborate with editorial leads to maintain an accurate and up-to-date content calendar. + Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure high-quality output. + Use performance data to inform creative decisions and long-term strategy. + Stay current on social trends and production styles, identifying opportunities to collaborate with influential creators. + Publish content across platforms as needed. Skills + Project Management + Creative Production + Digital Content Creation Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field. + 6+ years in a creative role with a focus on social-first content. + Deep understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape. + Ability to identify and integrate trends, cultural moments, and platform-specific styles into content. + Proven experience managing creative projects end-to-end. + Strong storytelling skills and ability to create content that drives engagement. + Ability to clearly communicate product features and benefits to a creator audience. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong organizational and time management abilities. + Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback loops. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
