About the Role:
We are an independent insurance agency dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing a wide range of commercial accounts. This position is central to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring smooth and efficient account management.

Key Responsibilities:
Expertise Across Multiple Accounts: Utilize your knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance across industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Restaurants.

Client Consultation & Support: Be the go-to person for client inquiries about policies and coverage, offering clear and accurate advice in a timely manner.

Policy Management: Take charge of marketing and quoting new business, as well as managing account renewals, ensuring the best coverage options and cost-effective solutions for clients.

Carrier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with various carrier underwriters to benefit client accounts and ensure a smooth insurance experience.

Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process by gathering and managing essential information to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years (or more) of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on servicing commercial accounts.

Licensing: A current Property and Casualty license is required.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 is preferred.

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the insurance and brokerage business.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Transportation Experience: Previous experience in the transportation sector is a plus.
