Cabinet Finisher

New Holland, PA

• Join a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and delivering high-end custom cabinetry with a commitment to excellence
• Spray & wipe stains and glazes on our custom cabinetry to achieve the desired high-quality finish
• Sealer sand cabinetry to prepare for the final finish coat
• Mix & catalyze finishes by adding hardeners and thinners
• Spray conversion varnish and polyurethane coatings on high-end cabinetry
• Cross-train in other areas of the cabinet shop, including final assembly and hardware installation
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work a full-time schedule: Mon-Thurs, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri, 6:30 – 3:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays!

We seek a Cabinet Finisher to apply high-end finishes to our custom cabinetry, including spray stain, sealer, scuff, spray paint, glazes, and topcoats. We encourage you to apply if you have an eye for detail, take pride in precision craftsmanship, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Our Ideal Cabinet Finisher:

• Experience: 2+ years of cabinet spraying experience is required
• Eager to Learn: Willing to grow, take on new responsibilities, and learn Foxcraft's methods through hands-on training.
• Quality-focused & Detail-oriented: Take pride in producing high-quality work with precision and attention to detail.
• Self-starter: Adapt quickly to workflow, take initiative, and work efficiently with minimal direction.
• Computer Savvy: Basic computer skills preferred.
• Active: Bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.  
• Values-driven & Team-oriented: Embrace Foxcraft's vision and key values while integrating with the team and contributing to company goals.

What We Offer Our Cabinet Finisher:

• $27-$35/hour – Depending on Experience
