WET CAST PRODUCTS OR RUBBER MOULD PRODUCTS (as is popularly called in India) uses a very basic and rudimentary technology to produce products like Paving Blocks, Kerb stones and other tiles which even includes wall tiles and relate products.
In the case of Paver Block manufacture, the wet concrete is poured into Rubber or PVC Moulds and vibrated. The products are de-moulded the next day and dispatched without curing.
This product is characterised by their very smooth finish and bright colours both on its face and sides.
Due to various factors this product does not meet most standards and quality requirements and therefore recommended only for very light applications like private residences, pathways and similar areas.
