The company was established in the year 1979 for manufacturing of Mosaic/Terrazo Tiles.

With the introduction of Vitrified Tiles Mosaic Tiles/Terrazzo Tiles were out of market. Therefore, company has decided to go in for external cement flooring tiles/pavers.

In the year 1992 company started manufacturing external cement base Paving Tiles/Chequered Tiles and immediately thereafter Paver Blocks. The only company in India having manufacturing unit throughout the country to serve better to the customers and thus, having Pan India presence. Factories are located at Greater Noida to cater North market, Silvassa & Achhad to cater Western market, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Palakkad to cater South market.

The company was first to introduce the concept of mobile plant for Paver Blocks. Plants are set up at the customers site to cater to their huge requirement, particularly, Inland Container Depot of Concor and other logistic companies.

The company has built large capacities to manufacture Paving Tiles, Paver Blocks of different designs having various finish like sand finish, shot blast, curling, reflective. Similarly, large capacity has been created for manufacturing of Kerb Stone, Flag Stone and other precast items.

The only company in India, which has Hermetic press, Vibro press, Wet Press & Wet Cast product at all their manufacturing units.

Company offers following products made out of various machines having difference finish:

1)   Vibro Press :
  • Made of Columbia (USA) & Parijatha (India).
  • Heavy duty Pavers up to a thickness of 100mm with strength of M-55 is produced.
  • Finish monolayer, sand finish and double layer.
  • Capacity of various locations – 2000 sq. mtr per day.
  • Can also manufacture Grass Paver of various designs, which is environment-friendly product.
  • Grass Pavers available in various designs having various thickness with reinforcement / without reinforcement for heavy duty application as well as light duty and driveways.
2)   Hermetic Press :
  • Imported from OCEM, Italy & Parijatha (India).
  • They are 4 / 6 / 8 stations rotary press.
  • Due to vibration and double pressing up to a pressure of 300 ton product well compacted and achieve strength of M-40 & above.
  • Thickness are 60mm, 80mm with monolayer as well as double layer.
  • Various colour as per customers requirement.
  • After curing value addition like shot blasting, curling to give look like natural stone/ leather finish.
  • Paving Tiles having various patterns can be manufactured.
  • Sizes available 200 x 200, 250 x 250, 300 x 300, 400 x 400 & 500 x 250 with different thickness as per the application.
  • To be fixed on cement bedding on RCC / PCC Floor.
3)   Wet Press :
  • Imported from Wil El Mill Engineering, U.K.
  • Rotary press having 3 stations.
  • Initially excess water is added to the mix and immediately drained out by vacuum dewatering process with filters having pressure of 400 tons.
  • Pimple finish to give aesthetic look.
  • Can manufacture Kerb Stone, Flag Stone, Drain Cover and Water Dish Channels with a length up to 1 mtr. width up to 0.60 mtr.
  • Can also manufacture special product like Flag Stone of size 600 x 600 with Solar Reflective Index of 85+.

4)   Wet Cast:
  • 1st Company in India to introduce wet cast pavers
  • Whole process is mechanized with a very few labours.
  • Mixing material, filling of mould, demolding, and lacquering fully atomized.
  • Can manufacture large quantity at different locations.
  • Can also manufacture Grass Pavers, Decorative Tiles.

5)   Precast slabs, Drain Covers & U-Shape Drain, Manhole Covers, Coping Stone.
  • Can manufacture as per customers requirement in various sizes and thickness with / without reinforcement.
  • Large capacity to fulfil any big order.

6)   Innovative products:
  • Develop and concrete product namely Concrete Cobbles, Steps & Risers, Permeable Pavers, Sucool & Sucool Plus Tiles.
  • Concrete Cobble look like natural stone after shot blasting and better alternate than hand cut granite cobble.
  • Permeable Pavers allow water to penetrate through in to the underlying Ground / base / soil heavy duty and durable.
  • Sucool & Sucool Plus tiles Reflects Solar heat and keep interior of the building cooler.
